1. Legal Notice

Tcg-PokeShop is an online store operated and published by the Tcg-PokeShop team. Contact: support@tcg-pokeshop.com. Publication director: Tcg-PokeShop management. Hosting: the store is served from our own infrastructure; payments are processed externally by Tebex (Tebex.io Ltd).

2. Products & Purchasing Rules

• Products offered are trading card game sealed products (hobby boxes, booster boxes, collectibles) as described on each product page.
• Product availability is limited to stock on hand. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it; the order is final only after payment confirmation.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or purchase with the supervision and consent of a legal guardian.
• Factory-sealed products are sold as such; opening them is at the customer's discretion and cannot be grounds for a return based on "pull" results (cards obtained are random by design).

3. Pricing

• All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars ($), all taxes included where applicable.
• Sale prices show both the discounted price and the crossed-out regular price. The amount charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Tcg-PokeShop reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders already confirmed are never repriced.
• For international orders, customs fees, import duties or local taxes may be charged by your country — these are the customer's responsibility.

4. Secure Checkout via Tebex

Payments are processed exclusively through the Tebex platform (Tebex.io Ltd), a trusted third-party payment provider specialized in online commerce. Tcg-PokeShop never sees or stores your full card details: payment data (card number, CVV, banking credentials) is transmitted directly to Tebex over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection and handled under PCI-DSS compliant procedures.

• Accepted payment methods depend on your region and are displayed on the Tebex checkout page (cards, PayPal, and other local methods).
• Your order is confirmed once Tebex validates the payment. A payment receipt is issued by Tebex and acts as proof of purchase.
• Any payment dispute or refund request on the charge itself is handled by Tebex's payment infrastructure in accordance with their terms of service.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Tcg-PokeShop may cancel an order (with full refund) in case of pricing error, stock shortage, suspected fraud, or undeliverable address. Orders can be cancelled free of charge by contacting support as long as they have not shipped.

6. Liability

Tcg-PokeShop's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect damages, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Products are guaranteed authentic as described. Our obligation regarding a damaged or lost parcel is limited to reshipping the product or refunding its value (see Shipping & Returns).

7. Intellectual Property

Product names, card artwork and trademarks (Pokémon, Topps, NBA, MLB, NFL, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Tcg-PokeShop is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands. Product photos are used for product identification purposes.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable consumer protection law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be sought first — contact support@tcg-pokeshop.com before any other procedure. Statutory consumer rights, including the withdrawal right described in the Shipping & Returns policy, apply in addition to these terms.
